Carburante Exploration Company, Ltd. is the division within the Carburante Companies that is charged with bringing the research and due diligence performed within the other divisions to fruition. As such, Carburante Exploration expects to drill twelve to fifteen wells in 2007 with Carburante Exploration as the operator of record. Our staff is continuously seeking acreage positions for future exploration through our internal brokerage and mineral management groups, and we generally take five percent of the acreage positions that we market as a forward development plan.
