Carburante Land Management is a full service minerals brokerage firm. We strive to provide a highly valuable service as an intermediary between the mineral owner and the end user operator. Unlike many other brokers, we provide full value for the parties involved in the process of purchasing and selling mineral leases. On behalf of the mineral owner, we deliver a real value assessment of their individual mineral holdings, we then market these holdings to aggressive operators that are capable of drilling in a timely and efficient manner. To the operators that elect to buy the leases which we broker, we deliver a drillable project as opposed to raw acreage, along with amicable mineral owners and fair lease terms. It is our ambition at Carburante Land Holdings to see the markets in which we work developed to their full potential to the benefit of all involved.
